The Springs Hotel & Golf Club

The Springs is an elegant tudor style country house hotel set in 133 acres of beautiful parkland and overlooking a spring fed lake. The hotel is licensed to hold weddings and civil ceremonies and presents the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos with the extensive manicured grounds and characterful period architecture.

The award-winning Lakeside Restaurant has attractive floor to ceiling latticed windows giving wonderful views across the lake and gardens and seats up to 90 guests. The adjoining golf club, also built in tudor style, compliments the hotel and is the perfect venue for your wedding evening party where upto 200 guests can be catered for with entertainment. The spacious reception halls retain character features such as oak panelling, stone fireplaces and wooden beams.

Our 31 en-suite bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and decorated in neutral colours with modern white bathroom suites and many enjoy terraces with views across the lake or gardens. We have 2 four-poster bridal suites with jacuzzi baths. We offer wedding guests preferential accommodation rates if they wish to stay overnight and they can take advantage of our special golf rates.

Once owned by rock star Ian Gillan of the band Deep Purple, the distinctive guitar shaped swimming pool remains his legacy. The hotel has recently been extensively refurbished to provide an elegant stone floor reception hall, oak panelled lounge, modern bar and panoramic Lakeside Restaurant which serves award-winning cuisine.
