New for Spring 2013: hold you ceremony outdoors under the Grand Portico, overlooking the front lawn.

Lodge Park is England’s only surviving and probably most opulent seventeenth century Grandstand, complete with mile long deer course and accompanying deer park. Created by 1634 for John ‘Crump’ Dutton, Lodge Park indulged Dutton’s passion for deer coursing, gambling, banqueting and entertaining.

When built, Lodge Park was the most classically progressive design in Gloucestershire and, at that time, favourably compared to the King’s Banqueting House in Whitehall.

Your exclusive use booking includes: the support and expertise of the weddings booking team to help you plan your day, full use of the house and grounds on the day of your hire (as per the terms of your booking) and a Duty Manager on the day of your celebrations to oversee the National Trust operational side of the event.
