Hi there, I’m Chris and I photograph weddings all over Kent! I live just outside of the beautiful cathedral city of Canterbury with my wife, 2 year old boy and annoying cat.

My approach to weddings is very hands off. I don’t ask people to pose with a leg on a rock or gaze into the distance, that’s not real life! Of course I still take photos of the traditional family portraits but the real fun happens when I am not noticed. Being 6’1” makes it rather tricky and thats why I love to get to know every couple I am lucky enough to photograph before they even book me. This way I can get even closer with the families and they won’t mind me snapping away even at the most tender of moments. Seamlessly going from the professional photographer to blending in with guests is my speciality and you’ll often find me chatting away with the old ladies!

I absolutely love my job and getting the photos onto my computer after a wedding fills me with excitement only compared to opening a Sega Mega Drive on Christmas Day in 1994.

I was a finalist at the Kent Wedding Awards 2019 for Kent Wedding Photographer of the Year after only taking the long-awaited plunge to go full-time the previous year.
