Stanford Farm, near Shrewsbury is nestled in idyllic Shropshire farmland and is now a fourth generation family owned farm, dating back to the 16th century.

Stanford Farm is a wedding venue set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside near Shrewsbury. We host exclusive weddings both in our dedicated barn or outdoors. We are a registered wedding venue and your wedding ceremony can take place in our converted stables or outside at our lakeside pavilion. We have hosted a very wide variety of weddings over the last few years in styles ranging from formal to festival, rustic to boho in style and everything in between. Prior to the wedding ceremony and reception we have the Bull Bar to serve arrival drinks and the courtyard is a great place for your guests to mingle. We also have a large Tipi with firepit which is a great place to chill out in the evening with friends after the wedding.  Stanford Farm has a variety of onsite accommodation including a large farmhouse (sleeps 10-12), a converted double decker bus (sleeps 6), a shepherds hut (sleeps 2) and 4 hobbit huts (each sleeping 2). In addition to this we can offer glamping in bell tents or your guests can bring their own tents, motorhomes or caravans and stay onsite. Stanford farm is a real farm and is dog friendly too.
