Professional, yet colourful and fun, our Brighton-based catering company can cover any type of wedding reception in London, East & West Sussex.

We share a passion for food with a love of Spain. We offer a truly unique and flexible service, catering for any number of people in any type of venue.

All our Paellas are gluten and nut free and we use one of the world's most intense and valuable varieties of saffron - Krokos Kozanis.

We cook everything from scratch and we are very selective with all our ingredients. We have been awarded with the Healthy Choice Award by Brighton & Hove City Council, which certifies that our business supports its customers by offering healthy food choices, based on healthy cooking methods and ingredients.

Our recipes and experience come from the background of our family who own a traditional restaurant in a small village near Alicante in Spain. We have learnt from the very best and we would love to bring a taste of Spain to your event!

We serve our food in natural, high-quality biodegradable and compostable palm leaf plates and we provide wooden forks instead of plastic, as well as quality napkins - all included in the price. If you require alternative crockery options, we can suggest a catering equipment hire company and we’ll be happy to serve in your selected plates or your own plates for that matter.

We are proud members of NCASS, the Nationwide Caterers Association, following high standards and practices.

We are registered with our Local Authority Environmental Health Department and in all our inspections, we were awarded with a 5 star Hygiene Rating.

We have Public Liability Insurance and we comply with the latest Food Regulations HACCP. All our certificates and documentation can be provided upon request.

We take customer service very seriously. Our staff are trained in Food Hygiene and always serve with a big smile!

We love what we do and we are very proud of our food quality and services.
